There are a number of hotels within walking distance to the Montego Bay Yacht Club. The Adults Only All-Inclusive Secrets St. James is offering competitors a discounted rate. To secure the rate please follow the instructions below.

MONTEGO BAY YACHT CLUB DOCKAGE
The Montego Bay Yacht Club welcomes all competing yachts to moor at the Yacht Club docks during their stay in Jamaica. The Club is located on the Freeport Peninsula, with dockage in the protected basin that forms the Montego Bay Harbour. There is enough water depth for all competing yachts. Yachts are berthed stern-to using their own anchors.
QUARANTINE
Yachts may lower their “Q” flags after handing over their entry documents to the Boarding Officer at Montego Bay Yacht Club if free of all sickness. If any crew had or is suspected of having a contagious disease, the flag shall remain hoisted and all crew members must remain on board until the yacht is cleared by a Medical Officer.
WATER / DIESEL FUEL
Water and diesel fuel supplies are available on the Montego Bay Yacht Club pier.
GARBAGE
Will be collected daily from large bins along the club pier.
LAUNDRY
Laundry service is available at the Montego Bay Yacht Club. Check with the Nerve/Info Centre.

RESTAURANT & BAR
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available daily at the Montego Bay Yacht Club at reasonable prices. The Bar is open daily. All food and beverages purchased at the Club must be paid for directly with the concessionaire, Steak House On The Bay.
TRANSPORTATION AND TOURS
The Nerve/Information Center at the Montego Bay Yacht Club will help you with your transportation & tour inquiries and needs.
GROCERY STORES
Groceries, food, liquor supplies and drug store items are available at the nearby Mega Mart, Hilo, Progressive supermarkets in the Fairview shopping area approximately 2 miles from MBYC by road. It is recommended that yachts be fully provisioned for their return voyage.
BANKING AND EXCHANGE CONTROL
Existing currency regulations are contained in the immigration landing cards and must be strictly adhered to. Currency can be exchanged at the Montego Bay Yacht Club. Other banking services are available at Bank of Nova Scotia, located in the Westgate Shopping Plaza, and there are branches of CIBC, Bank of Nova Scotia, and National Commercial Bank, in the City of Montego Bay.​

HOSPITALITY
Each yacht will have its own personal host in Montego Bay. Your host will be a member of the Montego Bay Yacht Club, and will follow your progress in the race, meet your boat when you arrive, and get you acquainted and oriented.

International and USA direct telephone services, as well as internet services, will be available to skippers and crew at Montego Bay Yacht Club.
CLUB HOUSE RULES
Children under 16 are not permitted in the Bar. Bathing suits, wet clothing and bare chests are not permitted in the Yacht Club rooms. Daytime attire is informal – shorts, slacks, etc.Cocktail attire is normal for evening functions. Otherwise – strictly casual!
